ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Natalie, a qualified Life Coach with an endless curiosity for Self Development and the cultural phenomenon of over-worked, multi tasking women, who have no time to rest and no connection to joy. I spent over a decade researching all aspects of the subject, before eventually turning my obsession into a career. I was fortunate enough to learn from globally renowned Life Coach, Jay Shetty,  before gaining further qualifications in Nero-Linguistic Programming and EFT acupoint tapping.

I love nothing more than helping women to address chronic burnout and overcome the social pressure to live in a way that looks ‘right’ and instead, help them notice what brings them joy and to build a life that feels good.

Qualifications;  Life and success Coach - Jay Shetty Certification School accredited by the Association for Coaching. Diplomas in Nero-Linguistic Programming and EFT- The Centre of Excellence.  

A few years ago I was running a successful business, I was happily married with a beautiful baby and we were in the middle of renovating our new home. I had everything I had ever wanted. *Plot twist…I was also on the verge of a nervous breakdown. I was deeply anxious to the point of breathless, I had no idea how to relax, I was always ill, constantly exhausted and felt entirely outside of my own body. All while operating at my usual 100 miles per hour, I was sacrificing my mental and emotional wellbeing, in a relentless march towards ‘success’. This was oh-too-familiar territory for me, but eventually, enough was enough, I had to address my burnout.

It became clear that I needed to make a huge change, so I set about a life overhaul, in the most systematic, typically-Natalie manner, honing in on what made me feel good and stepping away from things that were draining me. I sold my business, drastically lowered my output level and spent my days in the moment, with my lovely little girl. I learnt to breath deeply, to nap, grow vegetables, to rest without guilt and spent all of my time around a very small group of positive people. I put myself back together again and built a life that felt good. 

While I don’t think selling up and growing veg with a 3 year old is the answer for everyone, I am certain about one thing; If you invest some time assessing the different aspects of your life, challenging your habits and routines and commit to making meaningful change, then you can build a better life for yourself. One that makes you feel proud, content and JOYFUL.

  • Coaching helps clients to identify goals, leverage their strengths and take action. Therapy is often centred around healing and resolving emotional trauma from the past. It is common for a client to see a therapist and coach at the same time or move from therapy into coaching but generally speaking, coaching is all about looking and moving forward.

    *Coaching doesn’t involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental health issues and is not a substitute for therapy.

  • Some clients come to coaching with a specific goal in mind and we work on mapping out the steps to get there, while others are looking to improve their quality of life overall and we’ll work together to decide how that could be achieved. I lead the sessions by asking questions that encourage you to think on a deeper level about your life and goals.

    It’s extremely common for a client to come to coaching thinking that they need to work on a certain subject but upon starting, realise the priority is something all together different. There is no wrong or right!

    Each session is different, they can be emotional but are always cathartic and energising experiences.  

  • Sessions take place online via video call. After our first introduction call you will be sent a link for your next session and you can chat from the comfort of your home - PJs welcome! 

  • Group coaching is available and priced upon request. If you have a group of friends or colleagues that would enjoy coaching on a particular subject in a group setting, please get in touch. I also lead workshops based around burnout, happiness and habits for corporate and private functions.

  • Emotional Freedom Technique, or EFT for short, is a holistic healing method, which involves tapping on acupoints on the face and head while repeating statements and affirmations. It mixes cognitive psychology, neuroscience and ancient energy wisdom.

    My ‘Yap and tap’ sessions mix talking and tapping, so I’m able to understand how you’re feeling and create affirmations personalised to where you are now and your goals for the future. You simply copy my tapping and repeat the statements I make, which sounds too simple to work but it never ceases to amaze me how powerful these sessions are!
